Australasian Society of Phycology & Aquatic Botany Meeting (ASPAB 2018)
The 33rd annual Australasian Society of Phycology and Aquatic Botany (ASPAB) meeting will be held on the 11-13th of November 2019 at the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) at Greta Point, Wellington, New Zealand.
Our annual meetings are friendly affairs, drawing scientists who work in phycology and aquatic botany of all kinds. We run the conference as a single session, giving speakers an opportunity to present their work to people from a wide range of disciplines. ASPAB conferences are an ideal opportunity for students to present their work to an interested audience.
The conference will open with an icebreaker at 5pm on Monday 11th, with registration available from 3pm. Over Tuesday 12th-Wednesday 13th we will enjoy oral presentations, the ASPAB AGM and on Tuesday night the conference dinner. The conference will finish on the afternoon of Wednesday 13th.
