The NSW DPI Biosecurity & Food Safety Shellfish team are joining forces with the Seafood Safety team from the University of Technology Sydney to deliver the Australian Shellfish Quality Assurance Programs Biennial Science Conference in September.
This free event is Australia’s premier industry conference on research in shellfish safety and attendees will hear from experts in microbial, viral, algal and biotoxin fields.
The Conference will take place on Tuesday 11 September and will be held on-site at University of Technology Sydney in Ultimo.
